My friend, Kristy, gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on Friday...and we are soooo excited to welcome Jonah Ray!!! Jonah is the little brother of DYLAN, a friend and classmate of Max's. Many of you met Dylan at Max's birthday party...he was the kiddo with the super cute smile showing off all of his new signs!
The Gillig family has been incredibly amazing to us, and we are so thrilled that they have "expanded" their gang. YAY!
Their family holds a very special place in my heart. We met outside the NICU at Children's one day last year, and I was sooo happy to know at least one other family in the Bellingham special needs community. (Mom, thanks again for making that introduction!)

Maxwell Bennett McKinley (MIGHTY MAX) is an adorable little boy born to his proud mommy on June 22, 2005. Born two months early and diagnosed with CHARGE Syndrome, he has faced many life threatening conditions and spent the first six months at Children's Hospital in Seattle. He is now home and working hard to get healthy and strong. Max is proving to be quite a fighter and has already blessed so many lives with his strong character and beautiful soul.

Thank you Amy! Meeting you and getting to know you and Max has meant alot to us....more than you'll ever know.
We can't wait for you to meet Jonah. Of course, we want to give Mr. Max some lovin' when we see you two.
Hope you are feeling better soon, Max. Sooner you are well, the faster we can come play! Given how amazing your Mommy is, you'll be healthy in no time.
